Reached a new low tonight

Waitress gave me the Seniors' Discount without asking. I'm still quite a few years from actually being a Senior, although my arthritis and my white hairs disagree. I sat there staring at it for a while, thinking, "Should I be insulted, or should I just be happy to save $3.80?"

In the end I made the sensible choice, said nothing and saved $3.80. Now that the reality has sunk in, though, I really want to cry.

Age is not an accomplishment, and youth is not a sin.

Sorry to hear about it, Duk!

Dude...it's infinitely better than the alternative. Consider it a status thing ;o)

I was just over at a pilot's forum reading about head sets. They were discussing active noise canceling units. I realized if I bought the cool new cordless ones, I don't fly enough to maintain properly charged batteries.

Now I'm considering a noose or a really good drunk up.

I know what you guys mean. In the UK they are very strict about asking people who might be underage (<18) for ID when they order alcohol in bars. These days I only rarely get asked for ID.

I am so old.

I was trying to put it in a nice way, but since you're being ornery;

How many gray hairs have you plucked out/dyed so far, and how many Botox injections have you had to smooth out those wrinkles?

Blind people are pervs. They do too much fumbling and touching.
