Its Jan 1, 2013
Nearing the end of the Year of the Dragon
God made the earth in seven days, and destroyed it on the eightth
All Nations have fallen,Bank Accounts are clean.
The streets are empty....
What do you do?
(and what are your thoughts to the events before and after they happen?)
Personally I would smoke a bull out in "public"
See if anybody is still around.
Head to a more tropical atmosphere
Figure out how to build what I see when I close my eyes.
(and hope the government got my taxes

)

I would say good riddance to the waste of £400,000 of my tax spent on developing the London 2012 Olympics logo.

That truly is an ugly logo, if that is how the world games is remembered then it deserves to end.

Nah, they've still got massive building contracts to award and planning permission to obtain before they can go ahead and design the logo.Tthey reckon the final bill will be 120 million, and that it will be finished in 2034.

You should see how many complaints there have been - thousands have signed a petition to change it.
The worst is that ordinary people were sending in their own ideas for what the logo should be and they were all a million times better (and they all cost the taxpayer £0). I just hope this isn't a precedent for the real thing in 2012.

Assuming that I'm virtually the only person left? And the events don't fit scripture? Well.....
Scratch my head, wonder WTF happened, come to a materialistic/non-spiritual conclusion then live like such. However, don't expect me to be a good person at that point. As the song goes, "no more mr. nice guy".......

So you do moral things just because the bible tells you to?

No, I do them because I can't be moral of my own natural, fallen accord. Therefore, I seek to follow God's word with everything I've got. If in the unlikely event of a second fall, I doubt that I'd be able to maintain any sort of moral code, other than "Look out for number one".

That's actually not true. Morality is pretty engrained in the human brain. The only exceptions are sociopaths.

Oh no, not this Religion v Atheism bollocks again...
Can't we just keep one thread for celebrating joyous pantless freedom? While you lot are spending your apocalypses bickering over old books I'm going to go enjoy the cool breath of the wind as it permeates my nether-regions.
Isn't that what the apocalypse is really about?
