Whats up with erasing Spamalot thread?

Hello LackAttack,

My name is Vincent M and I am a current member of your site (I also own a premium). I joined back in November and since I have loved your website. Unfortunately my view on your website has changed since the beginning of Spamalot. The Moderators have been cruel and mean from the start of Spamlaot to the end. Your Staff has gotten out of control. I don’t know where you stand on this topic but I know if it can’t be settled with you then it will never be settled at all.
Spamalot was started as a conversational thread back on Mar 2 2007. It was intended to be a joke but it turned out to be a little society in the social forum. Everything in there was worth something to someone everyone would enjoy each others company.
Through the time of the society the moderators AK Iceman and Wicked have toyed with people who paid for CC services. In joking manners they would lock the thread and laugh and would spam (I.E. Dancing, Singing Posts). I talked to Wicked on many occasions and she said that things are fine as long as it stayed in the thread. We agreed to that and we haven’t broken that rule. AK Iceman is either sick or is really bored he torments more than anyone else. All the way up to the last page of the thread he was messing with members making promises he knew he wouldn’t keep. AK Iceman killed the thread today as I am writing this on May 15, 2007.
I know what you’re thinking it is all spam. The catch is it wasn’t it was the same as the longest thread. People from all over the world talking at different times of the day every post in there was meaningful and my favorite line that I would say to mods is SPAM IS SUBJECTIVE and I think at one point Wicked agreed with that. People had conversations that were awesome and made you think you might not be alone.
All we wanted was to be a clan, we wanted to have a group and be able to play games and compete and at the same time communicate in a forum setting. They beat the life blood out of it and I lost a lot of respect for AK Iceman. He let his ego get to him as he made an unjust move. Now because of the Deletion of Spamalot People have no where to go to talk and now because of it people will make more threads and get off topic in the ones that exist.
I am coming to you because you are the last option. I hope that you could make this right again because I have never seen so much unprofessionalism in all my life.

If and when you make more clan or get a new user group system please consider Spamalot. We considered it a home of talking and none of it was useless

Oops. Better add a to make sure that isn't perceived as a flame. It works for mods after all...

I also have another comment on that subject.

As Vincent said, the mods (i.e. AK, Wicked) have been abusing their powers. They have deleted hecter's posts and are starting to do this to me. Lack, I suggest you either take away some priviledges from them or get some replacements.

Nicely said Vincent, if lack can't get this under control i might have to quit coming here to play. (I am a premium member) I would hate to do this but might have to anyways. The mods (not all but some) definitely need a leash shortened around their necks because some have power issues.

Y'know, I reckon we should chat about this in the 'longest thread surpass spamalot' thread. I find this location distasteful.

I don't believe that wicked is that bad but AK_Iceman would. We need to go ahead and tell them that they are wrong let them delete our posts and threads because until they know how we're taking it, it can't be fixed. Either they need to change or Lack needs to make some changes.

As much as I see no point in spamming, perhaps the mods have been a tad heavy handed here.

I still don't like turning this mod sanctioned spam reservation into the new Spamalot. There's just something distastefully patronising about it. After all, you stood back and let him blam the big S.

my thread was deleted, so i will say it again. The mods have abused their powers and use it to get rid of threads they "may not like". This is all for their pleasure it seems. They onced locked spamalot so that they could party in it by themsleves. Shorten their leesh now or I assure you that you will be losing members.
