Goodbye CC, I'll miss you.

I've got too many people to apologize to send out PM's, so this is my public appeal for forgiveness.
On Friday May 4th, The police came to my home and arrested me for breach of recognizance. It was unfounded and stupid, and the arresting officer told lies on his report in order to get the arrest. but thats not important.
I was in prison all weekend before I could be released on bail today so I missed lots of turns and had to ditch all 4 mafia games I was active in.
I will not be around for awhile, until I get court BS settled. maybe a month, maybe a couple years. but I'll be back. I'll pop in to spam the threads, but cannot commit myself to any games right now.

Breach of recognizance conditions.

In case of the breach of the conditions of any such recognizance, the same proceedings shall be had that are by law prescribed in relation to recognizances to keep the peace.

It is a law in Canada, folks...

(3) The provincial court judge before whom the parties appear may, if satisfied by the evidence adduced that the informant has reasonable grounds for the fear, order that the defendant enter into a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for any period that does not exceed twelve months and to comply with any other reasonable conditions prescribed in the recognizance, including the conditions set out in subsection (5), that the provincial court judge considers desirable for preventing the commission of a criminal organization offence.


Refusal to enter into recognizance
(4) The provincial court judge may commit the defendant to prison for a term not exceeding twelve months if the defendant fails or refuses to enter into the recognizance.
