Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Bush myself but if you can actually justify that TV show then you must be insane. Mimicking throwing grenades and firing AK-47's and calling for the destruction of Israel is not just fox bias.

Tough call though, I agree it might put some ideas in the kids heads but.

At least it's not whack job christians abusing them via some media telling them to "love their nieghbor" or "turn the other cheek".

These kids will have the confidence to stand up to the "murderers".

You are not aware of what situation these kids grow up in. They witness much more terrible things everyday than some stupid televisions shows like that, even though they feature guns and grenades.

Yeah, that way if they come upon their friends that have become marters and there are some live hand grenades that have not gone off, and no one is left to help them know what to do with them.

No, we should use the proper term 'innocent civilians' and those that are trying to bring stability to a country wracked by civil war (whatever the reasons for it beginning). So in the States some kids are dressed up in hateful clothes by their parents. That's terrible but it's just natural conditioning in progress. It isn't on the mass-media, which in the States would get sued for putting forward such a message.

To say, as one person did, that kids aren't going to be swayed is just plain ignorant. Sure, not every kid will strap on a bomb after seeing it, but some will. There are a thousand and one different psychological experiments on children and conditioning and they all show that what children watch, they imitate, that's just how they learn.
