No, clemens will have a decent year or two and then retire. He will not make enough difference this year to put them back in the race.

unfortunately, they have a good playoff chance even w/o clemens. remember that offense? and how many division champs have they won in a row? i like the sox, but they always find a way to lose the division.

i wish clemens would bean bonds rite betwixt his eyes, and rite before bonds died from hemorrhaging, he bludgeoned clemens to death. i actually think i hate clemens more than bonds now. frickin hired gun. what a tool

 Here's hoping the Sox, or Jays, can rise up and win the division. I believe the wild card will come from the Central again, either Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota or Cleveland (they're all good), so if one of those take the East, we'll all be fine.

Your dream about Clemens and Bonds would be hilarious.

Nope, this here is a serious poll, and needs only serious replies. We take our hatred of NYY very seriously.

Not as many as the Braves did with a much lower budget.

I don't care about their offense when they only have one good pitcher.

I hate the Sox (trying to keep the hate theme going on.) Clemens will go for as long Andy Petitte goes, since we can see his gay love for him (went to Astros and Yankees because of him was his reason for both). Let's just face it. The Yankees have made the playoffs every year since 1992 and have a 9 year division champion streak going. The Sox will collapse like they did last year and even the Jays will pass them (also like last year) but the Yanks will not do much during the playoffs. By the way, the Sox are only up like 4-5 games right now, with 120-130 to go.
