I depend on sleep so much. If I don't get about 6-8 hours a night I will be really tired. I don't drink coffee so I can't rely on it to help me.

I still don't understand how you can live without coffee.

I used to not sleep except on weekends but my teachers kept yelling at me for drifting off in class, so I had to get caffeine pills and cut out the late nights.

As for the original post - toast with jam, and occasionally salsa.

I don't eat very much in the day. Granola bar or fruit for breakfast. Soup or noodles for lunch. Lots of sweet, milky coffee throughout.
So then, at night time, I get HUNGRY. I'll usually have a large carbohydratey dinner around 6, booze for a couple of hours, get starved again, then it's time for salt and vinegar potato chips, cucumber slices covered in oil and balsamic, cookies or donuts, breakfast cereal, more substantial cocktails (like Bloody Marys or Pina Coladas), chocolate, sour candy, grapes, Ramen noodles, hunks of cheese, ice cream.
When I'm too thirsty to go on, I'll have a large glass of water, a cup of chamomile tea, and go to bed.

Machiatto and doughnuts in the morning, chips, beer and black coffey in the night. (the choice between beer and coffey depends on wherether you have to be able to think or not.)

Now, time to actually answer the question:
Normally, I just sleep through the night. But on the rare occasion that I do get up, I normally grab a glass of milk and a bag of chips/whatever I grab first that isn't covered in mold.

Pot Noodles!!!
And anything that takes less then 2 mins to prepare. Pepperami, popcorn, cheestring, marylands, biscuits, jaffa cakes, coke, shloer, orange juice, Ferrero Rocher, chocolate, anything fatty in other words. Football helped keep me slim though! And Halo as well!
I never follow the Pot Noodle instructions. Warm the water up, put it in, break it up, sauce, stir, eat. Takes 2 mins max. Their way its takes 10 mins...
