Do you believe in global warming and that is caused by man?

I do, vote and post your thoughts.

EDIT: Do you believe in enhanced greenhouse effect.

yes i do believe in it and that it is being contributed by man.

it isn't some 'leftist conspiracy theory' . . .

I agree with Foolish.

It's been natural for 1000's of years, but man is making it worst. So yeah.

Oh that.

Enchanced GreenHouse Effect is deffinitly caused by Humans.

I also think it's caused by so many cows being alive these days, with all that methane, but.. mostly humans.

Kill usss.

Global warming is real, but natural. We are, however, making it worse.

Looking back through the history of this planet, we have had major extinctions of species due to climate change. This time the inhabitants of the planet have the technology to prevent climate change. The question is, are we going to be able to use it?

I'm not clear what substantive difference there is between "global warming is caused by man", and "global warming is made worse by man".

In that the earth goes through natural cycles of global warming and cooling- we are currently in an up trend that is being "boosted", if you will, by mass amounts of greenhouse gases.

Personally our consumption rates scare me more than global warming.

Not talking about meals in specific- consumption rates as in how many resources each person uses up....and thus the land required to obtain those resources and deal with the waste produced (ecological footprint).

If everyone lived like a typical american(no offence) then we would need 6 planets.

Is that all? I did that test and scored 2.5 planets or something.

That's a pretty limited poll you've got yourself. I voted yes but really I'm somewhere in between. Global warming is a reality, but it's also a natural phenomenon (as well as a human one). Either way, the effect isn't as drastic as The Day After Tomorrow or even the sensationalised junk in the media today.

If you look at a graph of temperatures in the last 10,000+ years, you'll see just how wrong you are. Pre 20th century the graph looked like a ziggzagging line going upward. Since the Industrial Revolution, Temperature has gone WAY up.
