I suppose it is a big threat, but we probably won't live to see the consequences, so screw that, let our children think of something.

Would be easier if people would turn off their cars when they weren't in them. "But I need to leave it on so it gets warm!" f*ck you, you fat fucking piece of shit. Where a coat.

To be more realistic, I believe the factories that provide you with food and electricity are producing far more pollution than your average joe's car.

Sure, but before you start criticizing each other's way of living, think of what you could have done. Unless you feel like living in a farm, growing your own food while pumping water from a well, you should think twice before saying anything.

I suppose you are right. But wouldn't it be better if instead of spending resources on killing each other we spent them on finding a cleaner energy source? I bet if scientists had 10% of global military budget they would find one in 30 days.

Factories do produce a lot more pollution, especially the meat industry. The meat industry produces 10X more pollution than automobiles. Almost makes you want to be a vegetarian.

Well I wouldn't say it's bush's fault. Bush is just a puppet that does what the energy and military lobbyists are telling him to do. The fault is in all of us. Humanity brings its own destruction, I wouldn't put the blame in one individual.

It's not like it's his decision to make. If Bush went against the people who put him there in the first place, he would have been kicked out shortly.. There are certain people who run this world, and global warming concerns is not a very profitable agenda to them.

I wouldn't say that, that would be generalizing to an extent. Let's say you are a democrat who owns a big oil company, global warming will mean shit to you as well.
