Those crazy motivational/organisational types would propbably suggest leaving all your mundane work (filing, checking e-mails etc) for that slump time of day. Any jobs you have that don't require much concentration or effort.

That depends on TV program. If there is nothing good on and you stay at home, you can hit the horrible 2 AM slump.
