I voted slap. I would have voted kick but you didnt specify WERE you got kicked. if it were in the spot. "you know were" id vote kick.

it hurts quite a lot having a headache when you're hungover, but in terms of physical pain, nothing beats being slowly eaten away with a spoon.

A well-executed knee hurts a lot more than a slap or a punch and should hurt more than a kick. I prefer using twisting power to really drive in with my elbows though, because you it's relatively easy to slam it into some of the more fragile rib bones or use the tip to hit small, sensitive areas.

An elbow - forearm in the throat. After you shoved the guy either flat on the floor, or against a wall.

I don't know, it would have to be pretty bright. Blinding, even. Lighting has only ever helped me see...

punch- a dull throbbing pain

hmm.... now, if it were lightning, I think I'd feel it.

Lighting, however, isn't all that painful.

But I doubt there's any lingering physical pain associated with death.

The truth of the matter is that the proper twist of a joint, in a directiion contrary to that which god intended hurts more than all of the above, especially if pressure is constant......that being said, if kicks include side kicks to the shinbone where scraping or fracture is a possible, then i go with kicks.
