It is not sold in the US anymore i am not sure about overseas though but yes it is owned by the m&m mars corp and was sold up until about 15-20 years ago. it was marketed as a sweeter version of the milky way bar

You can get it more or less anywhere in Germany, in Finland and Sweden (and prolly the other nordic countries, too) it's competing (or trying to) with Japp, which is basically the same (imo) as Mars but produced by a different company.

Praise Nestle? f*ck no!
First, they don't make Mars bars. Second, they're a bunch of cunts who exploit 3rd world countries for profit. The baby milk scandal has led me to boycott Nestle for the last 15yrs or so.

If they would call "Snickers" by its proper name again, I'll go back to eating sweeties.

I assume you're talking about the Mars bar, and not about the Marathon bar. Because a Marathon bar without peanuts would be like fish without chips. Plus, I live in England.

Mars is guaranteed to be safe for those with peanut alergys in Canada.

I haven't seen one in a long time, but a Mars bar was like a Milky Way, only with almonds. I don't remember them ever having peanuts - that was Snickers. Stopper, they call Snickers "Marathon"s over there?

I think not anymore, or he would still be buying it.

I'll never but a Mars bar again after their shameless bias in supporting the English team at the last world cup. "Believe" my arse. They had the bloody cheek to pretend it was to support Scotland in 2010 as well.
And Stopper, there’s a newsagent up my way that still had some marathons in the window 4 years after they changed to the travesty of snickers. Needless to say I don't buy my milk there any more.
