Came back from spring training in Phoenix and took in a couple games. One of them was a Chicago Cub game.
Now I can at times be very pessimistic about my sport teams but Cub fan it's only spring. Sitting in on the game with Kansas city vs Chicago at Surprise Arizona I was surrounded by Cub fans.
Ted Lilly gives up a base hit in the first and Cub fan is already screaming about how much they paid for this bum. Diving catch by the Kansas City first baseman on a screamer and Cub fan goes berserk, "Oh my God here we go again" one Cub fan yells.
One Cub fan screams out, "I've been alive for 51 years, will I ever see you guys get to the World Series.
Is this normal behavior of Cub fan or did I just catch them on a bad day?
