Awww C'Mon! He's probably just a good ole boy. He seems like the type to help out a lot of his friends and family. That much is good. Better him get the money than someone like that guy who was already rich that won the huge powerball and blew it on strippers and getting his car broke into while at strip clubs. Now they are saying he's broke because someone stole his checks and cashed them at 12 different banks.
