I Love Padstow. Been there many times (although not quite talked myself into trying Rick Stein's fish and chips yet).
As for monopoly, there's a Leicestershire addition (I think) but my hometown isn't on there and there's a lLeeds version (either Leeds as whole or the uni specifically, I can't remember). All you have to do is raise enough money to get hasbro (or whoever) to make it. There as a little fund raising drive at home for it, but they didn't get enough cash in the end.

There definitely is, I'm afraid. Its on the above the polo-shirts and mugs in the Uni supermarket. Was thinking about buying it for my Mum (who came to the university in the 70s).

Overrated if you ask me, the fish is lovely but his chips are horrible. If you want a proper cornish meal try the steak and stilton pasties in the chough bakery, Awesome.

I think I have had pasties from there before, possibly even steak and stilton (sounds like something I'd munch upon with gusto). Is it right on the harbour?

but i'm pretty sure there is one.
it technically is my hometown's board too, since In-N-Out first started here, in Baldwin Park, California.

Actually, I used to think that too, but I saw the nuclear holocaust film
"Threads" on DVD a few months ago (just out of pure historical interest), and it's set in Sheffield. It states at the beginning that its population is over 500,000, which puts it only behind London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, and a coupla other places. I double-checked later. Boring for some I know, but I was surprised.
EDIT: Oops, forgot my signature.
