Prison Break. I used to like Lost but the storyline kind of got...lost!

Prison Break is the best show there is at the moment.

Neither. Lost went downhill when they started introducing those goofy Dharma stations, and Prison Break was never anywhere approaching interesting.

Heroes is very good as well. I love it. But Prison Break is directed better in my opinion and the storyline is more cohesive. Of course this is all subjective and a matter of personal tastes.
