Sikhism was set up by Hindus that were not happy with being Hindus. they separated for one simple reason. they were warriors and they wanted a religion that was saying they could fight for what they belive in.

conclusion; set up by stupid warriors. not very good base for a religion.

How can you say all religions are fake if you do not study all of them in detail?

mormonism was made in the US and is basically a sect. you may worship any religion you like but i am expressing my opinion that all major religions are based on myths and whispers in the night. mormonism is based around the 'fact' that a totally unknown man (before he was made a 'phrofet') was the latest profet.

Couldn't you have picked a harder one?

Let's see. A man in the early 1800's has many visions, claims he is a prophet and has been given some golden plates by an angel. From these plates he dictates the book of mormon (evidently angels write in English). He claims to have shown a few friends these plates...BUT IN SECRET! We cant let just anyone see these things! And then...the plates disappeared! Why? Because the angel returned and asked for them back. Evidently there is some kind of "Heavenly Blockbuster" where golden objects must be returned on a timely basis. How very convenient for him.

They then went on to have many wives and wear super secret underwear.

It's all perfectly logical!

i think that religions in general were all made by a person maybe im crazy but if you think well the base of all religions are the peace between the people to a god or magnificent person 8) but due to the translation of some of the prophecies or teachings this were turning into different ones

Actually, in fact, the founder of Sikhism, Guru Nanak Dev Ji, was very peaceful and did not fight in any battles or wars. He was not a warrior, he was a very intelligent man with very different beliefs which still exist through the religion today, and were actually taken up by Western society after his demise. Equality of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of practising religion, no one person is better then any other, everyone is subject to the law etc..

The warrior of Sikhism, or the Khalsa Panth, only came in a couple of hundred years afterwards when the Sikhs were at war with the Mughal Empire and the Afghans, both of whom they defeated. Read up about Guru Tegh Bahadur, and you would see he sacrificed his life to save several thousand Hindus, whom were of a different religion and have different beliefs. Also, the militarism of Sikhism is especially significant with Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Also, Sikhism was not set up by unhappy Hindus, it was originally followed by people who thought that the beliefs Guru Nanak Dev Ji had were much more humane, realistic and generally better then the Hindu beliefs. Sikhs do not beleive in a lot of Hindu beliefs, ie, they have a LOT of different gods and stronger entities, whilst Sikhs just have the one god. Sikhs have a different beleif on the caste system, as they do not believe in it at all and think it should be removed from Indian society, whilst Hindus still follow it. Sikhs also believe in teh teaching of science and technology, whilst some Hindu beleifs clash with science. Sikhs have to follow the 5 K's, whilst Hindus dont even have any mention of the 5 K's. There are many more differences, but you get the drift.

If your gunna try disprove a religion, and least state the truth, adn facts rather then your own uniformed personal beliefs, which are frankly just wrong.

religion

noun:

1 A set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, esp. when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.

Um. Please explain how you will disprove a belief?

Then explain why you'd want to?

Then take your troll ass back to your non-spiritual life, and stop your stupid attempts to belittle people who choose to search for a deeper understanding of life.

Moron.
