No, you are allowed to play 1 account per world, but you dont have to use the same name for all of them. Each world is played seperately.
I will use my accounts as an example.
World.....Rank.....Name.................Tribe.......Points......Villages
w1.........34.........Thunder Child.....RoBAC....475.521.....43
w3.........80.........AK_iceman.........[DR].......108.646.....12
w4.........1345......Penguin of Death...FP........7.969.........2
I quit W2 awhile back, it got boring.
