I can't believe Nifong is still trying to convict these guys!

Looks like she's finally telling the truth though:
Nifong's investigator interviewed the woman Thursday, and she told the investigator that she couldn't testify "with certainty" that she was raped.

Nifong needs to be brought up on criminal charges himself, considering the numerous state (and maybe federal) laws he's broken in trying to hang these guys.

Nifong, the media and Duke University all owe these kids an apology.
