I live just outside portsmouth on the south coast, a nice bit of industry is going on there, in particular in the computing, and micro-electronic fields ...but I like going out into the sticks for my job (sussex/kent/surrey)

Actually the facts on this matter seem rather shrouded. The authorities have said it wasn't an act of terrorism, although the attacker spoke in broken German and was wearing a suicide vest. Another cover up to make people like yourself feel better.
