Please provide the timecode where he said "Everyone should go drink bleach and lay in the sun." Provide any video where he said that and I'll quit CC. If you can't within 24 hours then you quit CC. Deal? Or are you going to wilt like a violet in the Savannah sun (AKA Duk) now that you've actually been asked to put your money where your mouth is by turning on your brain and not just letting a bunch of minimum wage monkeys with degrees from land grant colleges at MSNBC dribble information into your head?
He’s an idiot. Read what I wrote.
I’m not saying he told people to inject clorox.
I think he’s an idiot for suggesting to his professional staff that they should test it... then say “That sounds very promising.”
The idea is clearly NOT promising to anyone who has a rudimentary idea of physiology. That said... I’m sure the doctors and scientists at the CDC are perfectly capable of determining which treatments are worth further exploration and which are not, WITHOUT HIS INPUT.
His comment that it “sounds promising” is idiotic.
His later backtracking, saying he was “being sarcastic” is additionally idiotic. The idea that the President of the United States would ever think it’s ok to be sarcastic in a formal press conference, about a deadly virus, in a time of great concern... is idiotic.
“I’m not a doctor, but I’m a person that has a good (pointing to his head)... you know what.” - Donald Trump
I agree with the first part of his statement, but disagree with the second part.
