One inch of rain over one square mile is 17,378,700 gallons of water.

I was trying to convert it into liters of water per centimeter of rain over one square kilometer, but I found the math required behind it too difficult.

EDIT: In metric terms, for every 1 centimeter of rain over 2.6 square km there's 25,619,679 liters.
