I actually converted around page 198. Unfortunately, I converted to satanism.

Still, they used to do lock ins, which i found bizarre as its not that inconspicuous!
The prozac is prescription.

A bit of politics, a bit of history, a bit of lighthearted discussion about iran and canals, a bit of onanism and drug taking, and a load of chairs where a house should be. I know where I'm going to bookmark from now on.

im pretty thrilled with every aspect of that story all the way down to the intial comment which asked when are young people going to try and do something original for a change.
The Daily Mail is the paper du choix for the sort of petty english middle class twat who thinks that 'wogs start at calais'. That first comment - wtf? 'Talk about following the pack'? If daily mail readers were capable of irony i would say he was being funny. But he isn't.
GT where in korea are you going?

Think I'll try charging Heavy with being a canalist. Maybe he'll bite on that one.

Thought: You're a BIG winner. learn as much of the lingo as pos before you go out i guess.
lol shockingly you dont actually have to know korean....
pluses...i get paid a pretty decent amount, get some practical teaching experience, pretty much get a free room, dont have to pay for the ticket over there and a week of paid vacation to tool around the far east.
minuses...will probably die from being unable to adapt to local diet after wasting away upon losing my staple of fast food and caffeinated beverages.

Hangul's fairly easy to learn--24 vowels/consonants. Learning to at least read it will literally take you far, especially if you're placed away from major cities.
Pluses: They have McDonalds there. And Burger King. (And even more if you visit a US Army camp.)
You're respected as a teacher.
Minuses: The burgers, fries, and drinks come in smaller portions.
You're disliked as an American on certain anniversaries.
My first thought as my plane descended near Seoul: That's a lot of golf courses.
My second: That's a lot of Patriot missile batteries. Oh sh*t. Where am I again?
But seriously, you'll have a great time. I spent almost 2 years there. PM me if you have any questions.
