Age has no bearing on how clued up you are to the freedom of movement situation.

Sorry my man, it's got so big that it's not even my choice about when I give it attention any more; it pretty much makes me whenever it wants.Twill wrote:DM, you too, no need to stroke your own ego there
Now I'm afraid that in the context of the EU open borders policies that I was discussing, this just isn't the case. I appreciate that the situation may be different within the North American Free Trade Area, but that's another story for another day.Twill wrote:And, DM, the fact that the laws say that you can cross a border easily while other laws say that you cannot does in fact decrease the control a country has over immigration because the only practical way to stop someone from settling in you country is to stop them at the border.
As I said, I don't agree. Maastricht and Shengen are not the autonomy killing, border destroying, monsters that Monsieur Napoleon is attempting to portray them as. For even a foreign national of an EU nation practical settling after crossing the border into a foreign EU state would be extremely difficult, property or automobile purchase is impossible without providing ID, and labour markets closed unless you make yourself known to the tax authorities (unless you were to work on the grey or black market). It would be extremely difficult to do anything other than live off of the charity of friends or relatives while keeping a low profile. The fact is that EU nations do have sophisticated systems for identifying who is in their territory, and equally sophisticated systems for tracking down those who appear to have disappeared (yes yes, cue a boogeyman rant from a resident conspiracy nut). EU free border laws under Schengen don't permit easy migrancy, they only provide for unfettered movement for brief stop-overs within the union. If you attempt to settle then you are not only barred from the national services of the nation to which you have moved, but, after exiting for an unauthorisedly long time, you will be pursued by the authorities (tax etc) of the nation that you are leaving. Add to this the fact that EU nations are left with the power to deport foreign nationals should they attempt to abuse their rights to free short-term border crossing, or if they commit antisocial acts on the host territories soil; and you really haven't diminished any nation's practical autonomy in any significant way at all. You have however increased their citizens personal autonomy a great deal.Twill wrote:Once they are in, they are very very difficult to find (thus the foolish walls being built in Israel and the southern US). So, while the shenanagan laws (or whatever they were called) say that you aren't technically loosing autonomy, you do practically lose it.
Good to hear you've got some evidence for that, and that you haven't just reduced yourself to shouting bald xenophobic assertions with no factual backing.Napoleon Ier wrote:The schengen agreements do restrict a country's ability to regulate the flow of goods and people.
And again, it's so nice to hear that you've got facts, figures and practical examples to back up your opinions. I'm sure that everybody here is completely convinced by your well-rounded and eloquent arguments. Or not.Napoleon Ier wrote:There are plenty other exemples of diktats put out by the EU that actively destroy any semblance of indpendance that European nations once had.
I'm afraid The1exile is quite right on this matter. Just because I am short on years does not mean I am unable to seriously consider the implications of the European Union in which I find myself a citizen.The1exile wrote:Age has no bearing on how clued up you are to the freedom of movement situation.Jehan wrote:aren't you 12?

I'm ashamed that anyone who I would have thought would see through this is absolute falsified nonsense, so as to to discredit any truth in other video's, did not see this.
Did you see the Lou Dobbs segment on ABC about the NAU? Wow, the "made up" , "falsified" stuff made it all the way to prime time television!
Yeah, the Amero is made up!

most unwise, anywho, Asian union = not going to happen, china dislikes Japan, south Korea dislikes Japan and china, wait, they all dislike each other, so what would lead to the formation of an Asian union?

OK, I humoured you.
Jay/xtra - do you believe anything these days? As long as it's fed to you by a serious-sounding narrator with a creepy soundtrack to underline how deadly serious the truth really is?
Did you seriously not question anything about this film?
I had a few Qs:
Why did the fat rockefeller dude tell a journalist his entire world government plans months beforehand? is he even a rockefeller?
Why did the film present the fat rockefeller dude's quotes in dorect speech, when we could HEAR that they were being reported indirectly? And, apparently, 8 years after they were supposedly spoken! That is, at best, incredibly sloppy and unprofessional reportage. At best. Any professional journalist trying that would be fired, because it is misleading and mendacious.
And why did this journalist not share his revelations with anyone until years after 9/11? Do you think the journalist might have had any self-serving motives at all?
Who is this journalist and what are his credentials?
Come to think of it, who is the narrator and why does he get your instant, unblinking trust? What are his credentials?
How are they going to sneak a new currency past half a billion people? Why the secrecy?
How are they going to implant chips into half a billion people?
Plenty have talked about world government over the years - is this film really using a couple of public-realm speeches (note: made in the senate, not in some secret illuminati backroom) as proof that this conpsiracy has been going since then?
Is the EU actually borderless, as they offhandedly claim halfway through? (hint: no)
I am tired of typing now. I don't expect answers, but it staggers me that you just buy into this stuff without a thought for where it came from, and that the people presenting it to you win your trust unthinkingly. It's extraordinary.

Because they had become friends.
Because maybe they though some deaf people would watch the video?
First of all, he probably didn't believe him, then after 911 happened and Afghan./Iraq were invaded he realized it was true. Didn't say anything out of fear afterwords.
It won't we sneaked but welcomed.
It will start with a national ID card, then later (to make life easier) a mark will be required.

This whole "mark of the beast" mythology cracks me up.
Jay: Why is it that the concept of a FUTURE monetary system is instantly considered demonic by you, yet people young and old are getting tatoos in droves and "marking" themselves TODAY, and you say nothing?

Because if the "mark" mentioned in the book of Revelation is the same mark for the National ID... It will also consist of renouncing Christ as the Son of God... and will be a one-way ticket to separation from God in the next life.
