The only thing that I can think of that's bad with the French is that they have a history of being wussies. And it hurts my ears when someone with an incredibly thick French accent tries to speak English.

They won the Hundred Years War eventually...

France was a military Juggernaut during the Ancien Regime, probably the dominant power in the 18th century.

What kind of generalisation is this? Collusion happens in any conquered nation. The French resistance were both heroic and effective to the best of their ability, which I'm sure far outweighs any collusion on the part of a minority of French people. Anyway, other countries (for example the Netherlands) were conquered and, of course, a minority of their population colluded too! Do you hate them as well? What about the Poles? Or the Czechs? Or the Belgians?

No actually, I came to this on my own. France was decent when under say, a monarchy or some such, but the last hundered years or so? France has turned it's back on others. You can't win a Civil War, the War of 1812 is debatable, but I believe it was won by the Canadians/British, if you won the Gulf War you wouldn't be back there, we're leaving out the World Wars by order of Static Ice, and I have no idea what the Revolutionary war is (do you mean the American Revolution? Where you won your independence from Britain?).
