Great success! The UK and US governments have jointly stated that cold-blooded killer Anne Sacoolas doesn't and never did have diplomatic immunity:

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab wrote to Mr Dunn's family on Saturday to explain both the British and US governments now considered Mrs Sacoolas' immunity irrelevant.

The letter said: "We have pressed strongly for a waiver of immunity, so that justice can be done... Whilst the US government has steadfastly declined to give that waiver, that is not the end of the matter.

"We have looked at this very carefully... the UK government's position is that immunity, and therefore any question of waiver, is no longer relevant in Mrs Sacoolas's case, because she has returned home.

"The US have now informed us that they too consider that immunity is no longer pertinent."

Mark Stephens, a lawyer for the Dunn family said: "She was allowed to, or encouraged to be spirited away on an American transport plane and effectively rendered a fugitive from British justice.

"And now of course we find out that she's not entitled to diplomatic immunity, and in those circumstances she is in a foreign land a fugitive from British justice.

"We do hope she returns herself voluntarily and that this was just a bad piece of advice she received from the American authorities."

We look forward to this fugitive being returned to the UK swiftly to face legal proceedings and justice.

Did you actually read the article you are citing?

There’s some legal speak in there, but not a lot, a solid 8th grade reading level should be sufficient for comprehension.

So you either have poor comprehension skills or are intentionally misleading in your post.

The ‘no longer pertinent’ comment refers to the fact that, having let the UK, she no longer has immunity.
So if she commits a crime now, she won’t be immune.

This in now way impacts her immunity at the time of the accident.

So um... she’s going nowhere.

I’m not saying this is fair... I’m just stating what I see as facts and how I expect it to play out.

Meanwhile, you continue to refer to this woman with phrases like “cold blooded killer”.
So are you presuming she intentionally ran down this man on his motorcycle?

Because if so you’re the only one making that claim.
Everyone else seems to think it was an accident.

... I’m also confused about the whole “justice” thing...
I mean, it’s a horrible accident, but how is justice served by jailing a woman for an accident.
Unless this is a pattern, and she’s done it before, that’s not really justice.

Justice would be making her do some (a lot) of Community Service, and maybe taking away her license for life.

Though she may not have diplomatic immunity, now that she's safely back in the U.S., HMG will have to navigate ten years of extradition red tape. And the UK-US extradition treaty doesn't allow extradition for questioning. So unless there's an indictment forthcoming, the beautiful Ms. Sacoolas ain't going nowhere. And, if there is an indictment, HMG will have to prove to a federal district judge that she'll get a fair trial which is questionable given the volumes of negative press coverage, social media posts, and message board comments about her calling her a killer or murderer. A halfway decent defense lawyer should be able to block any extradition effort.

And, really, this just goes to show the incompetence of the Northamptonshire police ... they let someone waltz right out of the country whom they could have detained. If this had been the LAPD, they would have shot her on sight.

you know.. Brexit.
the thing British citizens voted for and it passed.. but the corrupt Parliament is abusing the British Justice System to delay the Brexit..

Fugitive killer Anne Sacoolas has now been interviewed by British police and findings from her confession passed on to the British Government's criminal prosecution body (Crown Prosecution Service), who will now make a decision on how much justice to rain down on her fugitive spy head:

Maybe the US could consider the response of Ireland to a recent killing in the UK? A fugitive killer hiding from British authorities in Ireland has been arrested by Irish authorities under a European Arrest Warrant and will soon be flown to the UK to receive swift justice:

Fantastic Christmas news! Fugitive murdering killer Anne Sacoolas has now been officially proclaimed a criminal and a fugitive from justice by the UK Government.

Today the UK's Crown Prosecution Service cleared the Northamptonshire Police to charge the fugitive with causing death by dangerous driving, with extradition proceedings set to begin imminently.

In a statement released on Friday, Chief Crown Prosecutor Janine Smith, said:“Following the death of Harry Dunn in Northamptonshire, the Crown Prosecution Service has today authorised Northamptonshire Police to charge Anne Sacoolas with causing death by dangerous driving.

Today’s decision will pave the way for extradition proceedings to begin against Mrs Sacoolas, who remains in the US.

I think we are all equally pleased, delighted, glad, slightly sad, but also over the moon to know that the murdering antics of this cold-blooded killer will not go unpunished. Today, with the UK renewed under a restored and strengthened Boris Johnson premiership, the UK Government has stood up and demanded the return of the foreign spy who murdered one of its own.

The UK Government has now put in a formal request to the US Government for fugitive murdering killer Anne Sacoolas to be returned to the UK for trial:

We will wait to see if the US decides to respect the rule of law in a supposed ally nation or refuses because the US only cares about what it feels serves its own interests.

Today, another step has been taken towards justice with Interpol issuing an international Red Notice against the fugitive killer of Harry Dunn:

The suspect in the crash which killed Harry Dunn is "wanted internationally" after an Interpol notice.

Mr Dunn 19, died after a crash in Northamptonshire in August. US national Anne Sacoolas was charged with causing death by dangerous driving in December, but an extradition request was rejected.

An Interpol Red Notice - a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action - has now been issued.

The US Government now has two choices:
  • Hand over a fugitive wanted internationally for the unlawful killing of an innocent teenage boy and cold-blooded flight from justice
  • Provide the fugitive killer safe harbor, deny the international warrant issued against her and relegate itself to the leper status of fugitive state on a par with North Korea and ISIS

BREAKING NEWS

Following sustained diplomatic pressure from the UK, the US has agreed that fugitive killer Anne Sacoolas should never have been able to claim diplomatic immunity after killing an innocent young boy with her dangerous driving, and that a legal loophole which allowed her to flee will be closed:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-53500449

The people of the UK look forward to this revision being backdated and fugitive killer Anne Sacoolas being handed over to the UK authorities at the earliest possible opportunity.

The BBC is reporting it is the British government's fault for having strangely laned highways throughout the UK.

It is believed Mrs Sacoolas was driving on the wrong side of the road when Mr Dunn was killed.

There have been reports of other vehicles spotted driving on the wrong side of the road near the base, including one which was shown in a YouTube video in February.

The Beeb is reporting that it's the UK Government's fault for allowing Americans into the country. If you were to remove all Americans from the BBC story, poor sweet Harry would still be alive.

But an American CIA spy was allowed to enter the UK, and she is now the subject of an Interpol 'Red Notice' as a result of her gross misconduct on UK soil.

US fugitive finally surrenders to the UK's courts:

US national Anne Sacoolas is to face magistrates in the UK charged with causing the death of motorcyclist Harry Dunn by dangerous driving.

Mr Dunn, 19, died when his motorbike was in a crash with a car near RAF Croughton, Northamptonshire, on 27 August, 2019.

The case would be heard at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 18 January, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

Under Biden, an American military officer who ran over a bunch of Japanese people is now facing PRISON. Members of Congress are demanding Japan release him at once. Under Trump, Americans could run over anyone they wanted.

Navy Lt. Ridge Alkonis, convicted of causing the deaths of two Japanese citizens last year, reported to a Japanese prison on Monday after U.S politicians voiced disappointment with Japan’s handling of his case.

Alkonis, 34, of Claremont, Calif., was sentenced in October in Shizuoka District Court to three years in prison for negligent driving causing death. The Tokyo High Court rejected his appeal on July 13.

Alkonis was driving on May 29, 2021, in Shizuoka prefecture, about two hours from Yokosuka, when his car plowed into pedestrians and parked cars outside a soba restaurant in Fujinomiya. Alkonis, his wife and three children were returning from a hike on Mount Fuji.

A woman, 85, died that day; her son-in-law, 54, died June 11, 2021. A second woman, 53, the daughter and wife of the other victims, was injured.

After the high court ruled on July 13, U.S. politicians called on President Joe Biden to intervene in Alkonis’ case, pleas also made by Alkonis’ wife, Brittany, and his parents on U.S. network TV.

Rep. Mike Levin, D-Calif., on July 22 said the trial process was unfair to Alkonis and violated the status of forces agreement that outlines the rights and responsibilities of individuals affiliated with the U.S. military in Japan. Congresswoman Aumua Amata Radewagen, a Republican from Samoa, speaking in the House on July 20, said she was “deeply troubled by Japan’s mistreatment” of Alkonis and called on Biden and U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel to act.

“These abuses are hurting the U.S.-Japan alliance exactly when it needs to be strengthened,” she said.

On Monday, Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, tweeted that the U.S. should consider reevaluating SOFA if “this is how Japan is going to treat U.S. military personnel who have done NOTHING wrong …”

The veteran advocacy group Pipe Hitters Foundation alleges that Japanese authorities violated SOFA by unjustly holding Alkonis for 26 days after the crash, according to its website. It also alleged SOFA was violated because “the judge’s ruling was not made immediately.” The foundation was not immediately available for clarification.

Under SOFA, Japanese authorities are required to release offenders to U.S. custody unless they can deem “adequate cause and necessity” to continue holding them. The foundation also alleged Alkonis’ human rights were violated by lengthy interrogations and sleep deprivation.

The bloodthirsty US spy who brutally slaughtered a British teenager has now admitted in court that she killed him in a criminal manner:

Anne Sacoolas, 45, pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to causing the 19 year-old's death by careless driving.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-no ... e-63328168

Thanks to the perseverance of his family, the strength of a UK legal system unicumbered by EU red tape thanks to Boris Johnson, and the obvious guilt of this murdering bitch, Harry Dunn has now finally had justice realised.

The evil CIA harpy will be sentenced next month. Time's up for foreign criminals - especially Americans - who wish to treat the UK as their personal murder playground. No more!

BREAKING:

A British judge has just sentenced Anne Sacoolas to eight months in jail.

However, she agreed to suspend all eight months of the sentence if Sacoolas promised to do her best to be careful while driving in the UK in the future and to not run over too many more people, to which she agreed.

It's a good result. The US Government tried to claim Ann 'Child Murderer' Sacoolas had diplomatic immunity in an attempt to get her off the hook for her crimes, but instead the world's oldest legal system has branded her a child killer. Prison is temporary but the whole world knowing you kill children is permanent.

Prosecutor Duncan Atkinson KC told the court that on 27 August 2019, Sacoolas turned out of RAF Croughton and drove 350 metres (1,148ft) on the wrong side of the road for 26 seconds.

She then hit Mr Dunn, who was riding his motorbike on the correct - left - side of the road.

When a witness reached the scene, Sacoolas said to her: "It's all my fault. I was on the wrong side of the road"

Reportedly she declined to appear for sentencing in person, however, did agree to throw on a bathrobe and do a Zoom call into court from Madison, Wisconsin while enjoying a morning cup of coffee.
