You’re the one who started this thread...I’ve not commented on the Pro’s or Con’s of the GND.

I’ve only commented on your taking of the posters literally... it’s so funny.
You critique the whole thing based on a couple posters!

It’s your thread, if you want to provide links supporting your disdain for the program, go for it.
Right now your disdain is based solely on the posters, so we now see you don’t really like to understand something before you start bashing it!

ok you have nothing.

like usual.. ;)

It’s a nothing thread that you created... like usual.

Why don’t you go analyze some more posters? See what other deep meanings you can read into them.

Parroting me again..

when you finally get around to defending your position .. I will be right here..

My position is you make your policy judgements based solely on simple posters that are supposed to be fun.

You’ve shown the posters and based the GND.

You’ve given no further info to support your position.

So you’ve just proven my position.

It’s your thread dude and you can’t even support your own thread and comments with anything aside from your normal BS runaround.

The onus is on YOU here Nomad. Or you going to continue to demonstrate that your thinking goes no deeper and a poster.

I realize this may be above your normal thought processes, but you can learn lot about the philosophy of a person based on the style of posters they approve.

Are you talking about me?

I never commented on my opinion of the posters in question.

My only comment was about Nomad’s belief that the posters are the best and sole source of info about the GND.

Can you learn anything about the philosophy of a person who believes posters are the equivalent of policy papers?

it's not like Jimmy understands the posters are a representation of the outcome of the green new deal plan... which is what I stated. jimmy doesn't understand this concept.. Jimmy can only accuse people of things without backing up anything with facts or quotes..

and since I already cornered him after he said " I do not use marketing materials" he cannot reference anything ..
& he knows it..
it is hilarious to watch him squirm..

Dude, you’ve cornered nothing.

You go off about how the posters represent the outcome... ridiculous.

The posters are designed to ‘sell’ the GND to simpletons on the Left.
Simpletons on the Right (like you) then also use them to bash the plan.

Meanwhile, all they really are are dumb ads... i.e. marketing material.

You can keep trying to equate “marketing material” to policy papers... but they aren’t the same.

Maybe you don’t understand this?

... meanwhile it’s your thread and you’ve yet to post anything meaningful.

Who said I read anything or learned anything about the subject?

It’s your thread... you post whatever you want.

The ONLY THING I’ve said and continue to say... you are basing your disdain for the GND solely on a couple posters.

Deep Thinking Nomad Style.

It’s not my job to educate you... and I know your tactics enough that it’s futile to try.

You are an old asshole who ain’t gonna change... so I’ve stopped trying.

It all begins with the innocent insertion of words, like "sole source" which I have not seen so far in this thread.
You, on the other hand, want us to avoid even thinking about these posters.
You seem to have this obsession. I don't know why you do, but yes I am talking to YOU.

See, I’m capable of acknowledging when I haven’t studied a subject.

You however look at a poster and think you’ve learned everything about the subject possible.

It’s funny how you take think]ga out of context and then think that means you’ve proven some deep point.

What other source has he presented? He posted pictures of these GND posters and then referencing them, AND ONLY THEM, to bash the GND.
I think that;s pretty much the definition of sole-source, no?
I mean it’s his thread... if he wanted to provide other sources to support his claims no one is stopping him!

The insertion of the words ‘sole source’ was not innocent. It was specific and more importantly ACCURATE.

Regarding the posters...
The posters are fine, they’re just posters! Their meaning is very limited and their intent is to get you to learn more about the plan.
Look at the posters all you want! Then, if inspired, educate yourself by reading about the GND in detail.

so you have no clue if I am correct when I say the posters represent the outcome of the GND...

Tzor even called you out for trying to insinuate I claimed the posters were the only thing I based my information on when I never did jimmy.

you just needed a reason to argue with me..
but once again.. you got called out

No one knows what the “outcome of the GND’ will be. Do you have a crystal ball? Can you see the future?

That said, I do know you can’t make an educated guess about the outcome of some policy plan simply by looking at the posters!

NomadPatriot wrote:Tzor even called you out for trying to insinuate I claimed the posters were the only thing I based my information on when I never did jimmy.

I never said you claimed that was your sole source. I said it WAS your sole source...and based on what info you have provided in this thread I am absolutely correct!

You post two pictures then start ranting about how bad the GND is going to be...and all your rants are based on what you see in the posters!
You reference the posters directly when bashing the GND!

It’s you’re thread and you have many opportunities to demonstrate that the posters are NOT your sole source...but yet you never do.
Even now you continue to avoid providing other sources to back up your claims about how bad the GND will be.

You try to convince me of my position on the GND and try to get me to provide evidence to support my position.... but I have not discussed my position on the GND.

This entire thread the ONLY THING I’ve discussed is your continued reliance on posters as your sole source of info.
Maybe you think the posters area crystal ball into the future?

I mean if you want me to stop saying the posters are your sole source... prove me wrong.

More out of context quotes.

You’ve added nothing to the conversation since the OP.

Not surprising.

I’ll reply next when you add something new to the discussion.
I don’t expect that to happen... so bye.

this is Jim's task.. since he does not reference Marketing Materials.. he cannot link any websites or videos.. those fall under the Marketing Materials banner.. ...

he has been screaming the posters do not represent the outcome of the GND.. then finally admitted he knows nothing about the GND.. so he has no clue if the posters represent the outcome or not...

Nothing new here; it is JUS noMADp trying to sound intelligent and craving our attention. Move along.

Don't worry; I put MADp in "itme-out" before he does something silly and foolish and then the MODS will have to set him in REAL Time-Out.
