Well, I am apparently whom many people in my life turn to for advice.

I just hung up from the strangest phone call. A guy a knew years ago, whom I haven't even thought about much less talked to in probably a year, just called me asking for advice on his unrequited love (not for me, of course).

Really, I'm a pretty good source of advice on issues of romance. At about age 17 I just figured it out and have had only good relationships since then. I'm willing to spread my wisdom throughout the world--just ask.

I, personally, tend to ask my partner, who's just about the least qualified advice-giver I can think of. He's naive and unwordly, but he's sensible enough and generally any reasonable third-person opinion will suffice for most problems

I was going to make a wiseass remark to the last poster, but realised I was in no position to. È la vita.

What exactly do you mean by "just figured it out"? I have had 3 relationships that lasted about 3 or 4 years and I wouldn't say any of them were bad. You can't sustain the honeymoon period forever, but as long as you learn from the "bad things" if there are any, there's nothing to regret.

I suppose you are another source of advice in my life, Stopper... CC advice, usually, but invaluable to be sure.

That statement as it's worded gives me the impression that you don't consider CC advice to be the most important in your life.

Ms, you've got your priorities all wrong.
