You're need for counseling doesn't apply to what job you have, but the fact that you're actively opposing the very democracy you claim tou phold (or at least hold in high regard), and somehow this is legal and righteous.
You're new here. Saxi has never said he holds democracy in high regard. He worships authoritarian strongmen. If they can be elected, great. If not, he's perfectly happy if they come to power in a military coup. Democracy is just a means to an end in his dreamscape, neither better nor worse than other means.

Thank you for explaining how this works to the newbie.

Anyway, in other news ...
The President, who is currently awaiting his reinauguration on January 20, played 18 holes of golf today. As he was departing the club he ran into a wedding party and stopped to take photos with the fat bride as well-wishers cried "we love you, Mr. President!" and "thank you for everything you do!"

South Dakota isn’t asserting anything... this beautiful shill Republican governor is.
These are not equivalent.
South Dakota is 80,000 square miles of dirt. It can't express an opinion outside of a human. The governor is the head of state and chief of government of South Dakota and she speaks on its behalf.
From the South Dakota Constitution:The executive power of the state is vested in the Governor. He shall be commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the state, except when they shall be called into the service of the United States, and may call them out to execute the laws, to preserve order, to suppress insurrection or to repel invasion.

“He”
I guess this doesn’t apply to the current Governor then.

Did he grab the brides pussy or was she too fat and old for his taste? (maybe he used the glove hand to help prevent the spread of covid?)

The president's counsel announces seven additional lawsuits were filed this morning in Pennsylvania. This morning's wave of lawsuits is based on the fact that, in red counties in Pennsylvania, voters were not permitted to "cure" their ballots (e.g. correct signature or other errors that would prevent them from being counted) as ballot curing is not allowed under state law. However, in blue counties in Pennsylvania, elections officials unilaterally decided to permit ballot curing in violation of state law. Elections clerks do not have the authority to change state law by decree, only the legislature can make, repeal or amend laws. Not only does this constitute a violation of Pennsylvania state law, it is also a violation of the constitution's equal protection clause, by allowing privileges to one voter not allowed to another voter, even though both were voting in the same jurisdiction.
An additional wave of lawsuits on other subjects will go out tomorrow and will hit other states. Everyone will be sued."You're getting sued! You're getting sued! You're all getting sued!"
The campaign will demand recounts in Wisconsin and Georgia be conducted by hand. They will also conduct review of each ballot, one by one, as is permitted. No election can be certified - and Electors seated - until recounts have been complete.
More than 2,000 incident reports have been submitted to the Republican National Committee in Michigan alone. The RNC has now interviewed 131 of those who have been willing to swear out affidavits affirming that they witnessed vote rigging in Detroit. (Many also note that ballot counters were wearing Biden-Harris t-shirts during ballot counting. Photos and video were showed of ballot counters dressed in Biden-Harris campaign gear.)
The legal defense fund is making steady progress towards its goal of raising $100 million to continuing suing. Donations include $500,000 from Senator Lindsay Graham.

The group of rallies, first reported Sunday by Axios, will be focused on highlighting the Trump campaign’s legal effort to win back a lost election by highlighting specific examples of voter fraud.
https://nypost.com/2020/11/09/trump-to- ... -examples/
In Georgia: Doug Collins, the outgoing congressman, will be leading the campaign's recount efforts. The team has also redeployed 92 staffers from Florida to Georgia, doubling its group on the ground.
In Arizona: Kory Langhofer, former counsel for Trump's 2016 transition, will serve as lead attorney.
In Pennsylvania: Porter Wright's Ron Hicks is heading up the legal effort.
Nationwide: They're assembling additional surrogates and lawyers.
"We want to make sure we have an adequate supply of manpower on the ground for man-to-man combat," one adviser said.
The group is also staffing a campaign-style media operation.
The team led by Trump communications director Tim Murtaugh is now a surrogate messaging center. It will pump out "regular press briefings, releases on legal action and obviously things like talking points and booking people strategically on television," one adviser said.

Thanks to Biden, The economy has won a record breaking reevaluation never seen since 2010 and Pfizer has found a cure to COVID. This proves that trump was responsible for everything bad happening.

White House tells federal agencies to proceed with plans for Trump’s February budget
The White House budget office has instructed federal agencies to continue preparing the Trump administration’s budget proposal for the next fiscal year, according to multiple administration officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to share details of private conversations.
Asked if the fiscal 2022 budget process was proceeding as planned, a spokesperson for the White House budget office said, “Of course.”

White House orders agencies to rebuff Biden transition team
The White House on Monday instructed senior government leaders to block cooperation with Joe Biden’s transition team.
Political appointees have told their staffers, including career civil servants, not to respond to outreach from the Biden team, if there is any. No formal briefings on agencies’ projects, budgets, trouble spots or day-to-day operations — crucial building blocks that help an administration form a new government — are taking place.
The top political appointee at USAID, which provides billions of dollars in humanitarian assistance to foreign countries, told his staff that the agency would not cooperate with the transition.

Trump administration still vetting for jobs for their second term
The Trump administration is continuing to vet potential nominees for a second term. Two sources told The Daily Beast that the White House Presidential Personnel Office (PPO) was still processing candidates for jobs across the federal government which would be taken up in early 2021. The PPO has, since February, been headed by John McEntee, a 30-year-old ultra loyalist who joined the Trump team in the early days of the campaign.
