the claim is that it was sunk to prevent America from being alerted to the japanese fleet. I wasnt there so I wouldnt know.
Ill admit I dont know much about Washington. However there is a quote from Jefferson stating that in order to prevent corruption we need a revolution every ten years(my kind of leader)

And even though I'm a registered republican, I'll agree that Bush wasn't really the best thing but far from the worst.
On a bit of a side note, I recall that under the Patriot Act, the FBI, in order to catch terrorists, can tap into NSA and CIA data. If so, maybe it may not be such a bad thing to have, if only for that purpose.
