Thats all it takes. All they need do is put a "reader" in every door well.
Besides, It's not a question of what it can do, but what it leads to. I am against anything that will send out a radio signal becoming mandatory. It's just another "cotton gin technology."

Backglass wrote:The "Amero" has been proven over & over again as a publicity stunt for a fantasy coin company and you bought it, hook line & sinker.

What the crap does this have to do with anything? But since you brought it up, Vicente Fox himself said that it was real. I would never say that it was immediatly coming and unavoidable. Or called the "Amero." But I will definitly argue that there were plans out there somewhere to merge our monitary systems.

Backglass wrote:Your Amoco SpeedPass is RFID. Your New York State Thru-Way EZ-PASS is RFID. The security badge I have to "buzz" me in at work is RFID. I have all three and sleep very well at night. Also, no one has stolen gas from my account or passed through a toll lane on my dime. Do you know why? Because these devices are extremely short ranged.

And records are kept for each time that you use these.
Heck even when you use a "saver card" at your local grocery store they keep a record of it. It helps them to know what items they can profit the most off of and when. plus they can raise the price of everything just a little. I am arguing privacy here.

Yep, thats VeraChip that you are talking about now.

Again, you do not undertand the technology. There is no "ID" inside your RFID tag. Simply a number that is then looked up in a database.

A reader to read WHAT? The 15 digit number inside the RFID device in your Speedpass? I will give you mine: A-12384899...the actual number. Go steal some gas...or try.

Oh I know they keep track of what I buy at my grocery. But funnily enough I don't give a flying f*ck about it as they are not government agents and if I didn't want such a card I wouldn't use it.

How is this arguing privacy? You're buying shit in fucking public and using a card that keeps track of that. Shit, it's not like you could keep it private anyway as the neighbor would notice you buying 5 bottles of SUPER-lube while standing in line behind you.

The only reason a grocery is actually keeping track of what you buy is to offer discounts that appeal to certain people at the same time. They already know what is being sold the most, now they just know which random customer they have no name of is buying it.

It always starts somewhere. Thats my point. By saving a few bucks on Dorito's you are voting in favore of radio chips.
Anyone else up on Wal*Mart discussing replaceing its barcodes with radio-chips? Customers said no, so they have put them into their shipping packaging to show that the radio chips aren't evil.

Plus in this country they already keep everythin we do on system, E-Mails, phone calls, groceries....

No passport here. Or saver card. The RFID isn't so much what gets to me. It's what it has lead to that gets to me.

There have been proposals, at least this side of the ocean, that fingerprints, name, date and place of birth, current adress, practically every information about a person should be saved on those chips, not just a random number to identify the card itself.

What the tin-foil hat crowd always spouts is the Larry King/Vicente Fox interview. A caller asks about a common LATIN AMERICAN currency, and Fox says "what Bush and I discussed was ALCA, but Hugo Chavez scuttled that". King says "A common currency like the Euro?" in which Fox replies "Well, that would be very, very long term".

Never does he say "Amero". Never does he say ANYTHING about the US and Mexico having a common currency, only Latin America. ALCA is the spanish acronym for Bush's "Free Trade Area of the America's" idea. What the wacko's do is take these comments made in broken english, combine "BUSH" and "Latin American Common Currency"...twist them up...and spout out "Fox has CONFIRMED that the Amero is REAL and we are all DOOMED!". Some on this site have even claimed that the Denver Mint is churning them out RIGHT NOW, yet none of the patriotic mint workers have mentioned it. No camera phone pics...nothing.

2+2=5 in their book.

You can say he jumbled up his words all that you wish. That is not the only interview!.... Check Infowars.
Let's not ignore the stuff that NAFTA is planning on mixing between the three nations too. But this isn't the thread topic. I'm just saying that there are/have been plans to mix currencies. How else would a free border(superhighway) be established?

I find it rather absurd that (no names will be mentioned) the people who are so adamant that the government is our "friend" and those that may think otherwise are {every name in the book}, yet cannot prove any of this stuff wrong. On the contrary, evidence has been put forth that this stuff is real. Still, there are those who won't be bothered with the truth, and I am beggining to realize that these same people will fall in line with the NWO without so much as raising a voice. Just remember, after you take the chip, you can't "change your mind" and dig it out of your skin. Your decision has already been made. And I find that amazingly sad.

Bush is the biggest embarrassment out country has ever had. Unlike you, I never voted for him...(twice). Now that you have finally opened your eyes to this ONE delusion of yours, there is hope for the others. It wasn't that long ago you were spouting that Bush was our savior, etc.

This is yet another reason why all of these crazy ideas of yours don't hold water. They all require "King George" to be an evil mastermind.

jay_a2j wrote:On the contrary, evidence has been put forth that this stuff is real.

Specifics jay. What "stuff" are you referring to? And exactly what evidence? More of your "ghostly feelings washing over you"?

A senator spouting internet conspiracy propaganda is not evidence.

After I "take the chip"? "Dig it out of my skin"? :!: Oh....I get it. This is more of your bizzarre religious 666 nonsense isn't it. If anything is "amazingly sad" its the way you cling to your ancient superstitions and rituals. This is the same BS christians claimed would happen with the UPC symbol in the 70's. Yet, 30 years later we still aren't tattooing babies at birth with their SS number are we.

Come out of your cave Jay...the sun won't hurt you. :D

Taking the chip (mark of the beast) you are rejecting God, read up on the mark of the beast. Anyone who takes it, condemns themselves. So, "changing your mind" won't work here.

The Bible says that the mark of the beast is permanant. Eternity perminant. You'll need it to do anything, buy food, pay taxes, whatever. But once you have the mark you can never remove it's spiritual taint. You are doomed to hell.
Jay, how do you know that Social Secutrity isn't the mark? No one has explained to me how Christians know that the mark isn't out there yet?

Of course, I believe the mark was actually Roman tax law #666 that was not well recieved by the Jews, but whatever. It's not what I believe, it's what you believe.

I just heard that some parts of the Federal Government are now saying you should never carry your Social Security Card unless you know you are going to have to use it. The IRS, on the other hand still insists that you have to write it on your tax checks so that all the tax officials and bankers can steal your personal information.
