Huh. I never made that connection. Still, that is relatively minor as far as games go. But the badass factor is better than in any other game I've played.

It definitely has a Disturbed song though, which helps...

Assassin's Creed was too easy. Once you learn "counter attack" and "counter grab" the fighting was WAY too easy. But the "Leap Of Faith" was the single most coolest thing ever.

BTW, I have it on PS3.

I heard it was a pretty bad game actually. Or at least, it was a good game with good graphics, but it didn't live up at all to expectations.

The actual gameplay is fairly limited, and there is little replay value, but, like I said, badass.

A lot of reviewers said that. I looked for what Penny Arcade said, but stupid dial up takes too long. Gabe made a good point for it.

Iv completed the game now but im playing it again for the little hidden extras (for example trying to kill the templars guarding the trasure chests (they are really hard to kill which either means im going to die loads or that within the chest items or extras are hidden) Although the game was really easy to complete the stroy-line is original and the cut scenes are prety orsome.

But did anyone else feel like it was a bit like LOST your never really told anything about the overall plot line, so when AC 2 is released if the story continues to be as good as the first i predict this will turn into a classic set of games.

There's nothing in the boxes to my recollection, sneak up on them from behind and assainate them. Or, use counter attacks and assassinate tem from the ground. I find them easy after getting counter attack.

I like to lure them (as well as most of my enemies) to the tops of buildings or cliffs (or near the harbor in Jerusalem) and throw them off the edge. I'll repeat, I'm a badass.

Assassins creed is good but surely not the best single player for xbox360.
Let me name some from the top of my head

1.Call of Duty 4
2. Bioshock( even though I don't really like it)
3. Halo 3
4. (My favourite) Mass Effect

assasins creed is the best game on 360 in my opinion, but it is way too short.

also is it me or is it easy to take on over 20 people and win....like the battle with robert

SPOILERS
i was disapointed at a lack of ending but it leaves it open for a future follow up, maybe with the last one ending wiyth lucie and altair/desmond breaking out of their and eliminating the templar head dude.

also how many others got fustrated at the battle with al-mualim where he kept changingSPOILERS

Hell no, Halo 3 is a great multiplayer, but no way in hell the single player campaign mode goes ahead of Assassin's Creed or Mass Effect. I would say the same of COD 4 but I haven't actually played it so I can't speak on it.

Just to tell you, I just numbered the game in the order that they come to mind, I don't actually think COD4 is 1.

In short... Yes.

However, there is a definite love hate thing going on with this game, you are better off trying it for about 30 minutes before buying it. That's all it takes to figure out which camp you are in.
