I was on summer vacation. I do have a life outside this website you know. Also, I moved, and didn't get my internet hooked up for about a month. Also, on a related note, Why do you care?

The glass is half full if you are putting the liquid in it.

It is half empty if you are drinking it.

The real pessimist glass: It is full. Of shit.

An empty glass is creal and transparent.

An empty glass weights less on your shoulders.

Being a pessimist is way too easy.

well, duh, it's half full

if you doubled the amount of liquid in there, it would be full. therefore it's half full.

half of empty is still empty.

logic dictates i must be an optimist!

That's how I've described myself for the past several years, but I had never heard anybody use the words aside form me. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one smart enough to come to that philosophy.

I had a roommate who was a real pessimist. He'd say "it's probably poisoned."

I say "is it filtered or does it taste like the swimming pool?" but that comes of living in Puerto Rico.

Yay! I'm unoriginal! :D

But seriously, it's good to live by. I'd consider myself an optimist and a pessimist. Or, more specifically, an idealist and a cynic. I like to see the best in people and in situations, though I know that things rarely ever are like that. Unfortunately.

Google demotivational posters.

Or look at macrochan. I'm not linking, because some of the pics are really, seriously, "Do Not Want"/"OMFG, I'm going to stab out my eyes now."
