Where I live, to pass the driving test, you have to get a 75 out 100 to pass. What that is saying is that you can go through every 1 in 4 red lights!?
Cars are some of the most dangerous things in this country that anyone can use if they pass a simple test, you don't need any experience at all if you are over 18. seems kind of like a bad system to me.
