Does this mean that I am biased towards my company? as they are the ones who pay me? No, I give my company more grief than most, as I would like to enhance the efficiency and productivity of my companies actions...and if this means "not licking ass" and maybe telling them the facts of the matter, then I am willing to do so....oh by the way, im the youngest engineer in the company, but i'm the 2nd most positively productive according to my companies stats....maybe a little dis-agreeableness, in a positive way, goes a long way.


Yer, if you have an opinion, it is biased. I dont believe in an unbiased opinion. Facts and evidence can be unbiased, but opions cannot be unbiased. Also, the way you display and present facts and evidence can also be biased, and its very hard, if not impossible, to make something to be 100% unbiased.
