I've got to be honest- I never really understood what Harrison was on about with Krishna conciousness. It's a a lovely song, in a lot of ways, but the message is a bit weird for me. Not that that ever stopped me liking Come Together, or even Helter Skelter.

Personally, I prefer The Rolling Stones though.

I've heard some pretty interesting arguments that I'm more agnostic than atheist, but Islamic extremist and pagan penis worshipper are kind of strange. Revealing the truth is not Islamophobia

In order to be a natheist u have to accept the existance of god/higher power to have something to deny... why not label u agnostic instead? Seems better or u belive in god and just want to poke him/her/it in the eye;)

Not really, in my opinion. Most people don't believe in most of the gods that other people worship. I'm not sure if that makes them atheists. I'm not sure what you mean by a higher power though.

I'm fairly ok with people labelling me "agnostic", but it wouldn't be how I'd choose to label myself. It mostly seems to be people who are very religious who choose that label fo me though. The kind who think that atheists are just people who believe in a god, but want to poke him in the eye. It's more an accusation, if you see what I mean.

I think it's something to do with the basic set of colours they use to mix all the other colours, so they know if something goes wrong with the printing they can identify which base colour went wrong in the mix.

Edit:

Seems I was right:

Hats off lama, very smart.
Symmetry read the Islamic part and he neglected the atheist part. Now we all know what he isn't :)

So in order to deny something exists you have to believe in it first? Does this apply to Smurfs, transubstantiation, and the benefits of trickle-down economics too?

I think what Lord Arioch is saying is that if Symmetry doesn't believe in god then why does he feel the need to prove that he doesn't? Like, you don't see him starting any threads called 'Ask a British' or 'Ask someone with 15 undergrad degrees' - because those things are obvious.

It's like when Peter repeatedly and loudly declared that he didn't know Jesus, or when Clinton fired off all those press releases claiming her health was just fine even though she'd just collapsed from pneumonia. Over-compensating.
