... Like the 15 BILLION thrown away in 2005, this 30 billion is going to wind up in Swiss bank accounts for dictators who don't give a rat's ass about their people.

Beyond a little nitpicking (what, no FDR?) the fact that the United States has never had anything approaching a perfect resident of the Oval Office fails to excuse the President for the grief that his administration has visited on the world. The indiscretions of past presidents is no excuse for the international boondoggle Bush has left us in.

Why would I put FDR in there? The guy screwed around to much, waited to long to join WWII, INCREASED the national debt during the Great Depression, was Socialist with Socialist goals, etc... Anarchist, FDR is rumored by conspiricy nuts to have allowed the Japanese carriers to launch their attack even though somehow he knew ahead of time and had the power on hand to stop it, all so he could force Congress to get into the war.
