Again, each state can decide exactly how to handle this in their own way so there is no single answer...

Plus the number of actual votes this would REALLY impact is so minuscule that it’s not worth thinking about.

That's what I said.

MASKS FOR THEE, NOT FOR ME!

The kleptocratic swamp elite is trying to claw back Trump's win and restore their monarchy-in-all-but-name.

well, it was a dumb move, but it was before the banning of indoor dining, and he claims it was "outdoors" anyway, though that is an odd definition of outdoors.

The Rat Governor Newsom is now in quarantine after one of his bodyguards tested positive for COVID-19. He shoulda obeyed his own edicts.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/newsom ... e-exposure

Meanwhile, the movement to recall Newsom is heating up.

In a collision of unfortunate events for Newsom, conservative activists last week won a 120-day court extension to continue gathering recall signatures, and they're hoping to capitalize on events so damaging for the governor that he has avoided reporters for a week despite an escalating pandemic crisis.

Nearly two decades after California Republicans successfully fueled the drive to recall Democratic Gov. Gray Davis and catapult Arnold Schwarzenegger to the state’s top spot, the GOP faithful are hoping the court ruling will be a “game changer," said Tom Del Beccaro, chair of the RescueCalifornia.org drive.

https://www.politico.com/newsletters/ca ... gns-490967

Newsom is considering appointing himself to the U.S. Senate to avoid the humiliation of recall.

Peaceful protesters in New Jersey confronted Governor Murphy - another Rat - who was spotted eating at a restaurant. The peaceful protesters politely notified Murphy that he was a dick and could go f*ck himself.

Chris Christie, another of Trump's former minions to start breaking free, says Trumps phoney court cases are an embarrassment.

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/11/22/christie-donald-trump-legal-embarassment-election-439251

“If you’ve got the evidence of fraud, present it,” Christie said on "This Week" on ABC. “Quite frankly, the conduct of the president’s legal team has been a national embarrassment.”

Christie, who served as the U.S. attorney for New Jersey under the George W. Bush administration, was a contender for attorney general in the Trump administration.

Trump's legal team, which features Rudy Giuliani, was chastised in a ruling Saturday on Pennsylvania election processes by U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, who said of their claims: "This is simply not how the Constitution works.” In a lengthy news conference last week, Giuliani — a former New York mayor and also a former U.S. attorney — and his fellow campaign attorneys offered an incoherent collection of conspiracy theories, unsupported by evidence or detail.

Christie noted that the president’s legal team alleges fraud outside the courtroom but “when they go inside the courtroom, they don't plead fraud, and they don't argue fraud.”

“I have been a supporter of the president's,” Christie said. “I voted for him twice, but elections have consequences, and we cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn't happen.

"You have an obligation to present the evidence. The evidence has not been presented, and you must conclude, as Tucker Carlson even concluded the other night, that if you are unwilling to come forward and present the evidence, it must mean the evidence doesn't exist.”

Sucks to be Chris Christie, our goals have already been accomplished, boxed, and put on the shelf.

Biden is now going into January with a 44% favorability rating. If it stays this way it will be the lowest favorability rating in history for an entering president. Trump was the only president to be inaugurated with less than 50% and most presidents have 55% going into inauguration. Even worse for Biden, his favorability is going down - not trending up. Had it not been for the lawsuits and whisper campaign, we wouldn't have gotten here.

https://www.monmouth.edu/polling-instit ... 11820.pdf/

In the best case scenario, it will take Biden four years just to undo the traps Trump is laying for him on the way out the door. But he'll have to do it with the majority of the country hating him, with the Senate controlled by the GOP, and with a conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court. Biden was never more than a pothole on the road to our ultimate victory, but he's turning out to be an unusually ineffective pothole at that.

Trump began the work of redirecting the GOP by building a working-class coalition, Hawley argues. In his view, Trump’s bombastic style and penchant for chaos bear no consequence for the new brand of conservatism Hawley envisions; affairs like impeachment amount to ephemeral antics. “For all of us who are in public office, and especially for those of us who are younger, this isn’t the work of a day or a season,” Hawley told me. “This is the work of a generation.”

IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE A TRUMPIST!

Most of Trump’s supporters claim to be ‘Proud Americans’ and want, more than anything else, to,”Make America Great”.

Yet here’s their man actively destroying many of the institutions and norms that girder our nation.

Hypocrite Much?

He just pulled us from the Open Skies Treaty... most likely at the behest of his bend-over-buddy Putin.

I predict that in 2021...
- Covid will end and we will all cool down.
- The Economy will rebound by late 2021.
- Biden’s approval ratings will shoot through the roof.
- Trump will be indicted and be put under House Arrest.
- Melania will drop him like a bad habit.
- Even the most diehard Trump fans will begin to see the light as his crimes, dirty deeds, and underhanded actions all come to light.

1) I think Saxi is in love and wants to s**k Josh Boy’s tiny pecker.

2) There’s no way that the Republic party will nominate this dude.

3) If by some miracle they did, I predict Kamala will kick his butt.
I mean in the Ballot Box... but I’d bet she could also literally beat his ass in a fight.
He looks like a scrawny piece of shit, of of those losers that can talk a good game but can’t back it up.

They call him Trumpism without Trump.

He's the best. He was educated at Stanford and Yale, wrote a celebrated biography of Teddy Roosevelt when he was 27, the youngest ever Attorney-General of Missouri, junior Senator from Missouri, votes with Trump 87% of the time, and has declared he supports the Trumpist goal of remaking the Republican Party into a reactionary populist, America First, workers & farmers party. Trump said he was considering appointing him to the Supreme Court.

And did I mention he has a dope hairline and 8-inch dick?

Trump purged the GOP's leadership over the last couple years and is currently pushing to keep Ronna McDaniel, a Trump loyalist, as RNC chair. Trump will control the GOP going into the next election and will hand-pick the next presidential candidate. Josh vs an 82 year old Biden (or a 64 year old Kamala and her cobweb covered vagina)? Oh yeah ... I'M ALL IN FOR JOSH!

Like I said, that was only ever a bonus, not an objective.

We are more powerful in 2020 than we were in 2016. We were more powerful in 2016 than we were in 2012.

There will be wins and losses but the overall trendline of our control is increasing.

We knocked the Democrats to a single-digit lead in the House, increased our control of state legislatures, have an unbreakable majority on the SCOTUS, increased our inroads with Hispanics, etc. etc. We are on a 20 year path to remaking the United States, not a four year one. Eventually this thing will hatch and then you will be living in an inescapable nightmare we designed.

Get ready to run the country on your own, Sleepy Joe - you're not going to get authorization for a cabinet to help you!

Republican members of the U.S. Senate fired warning shots to President-elect Joe Biden that they may be prepared to stand in the way of his Cabinet appointments, despite the long-held tradition of a new president having the right to choose who will run government agencies.

Cotton quoted 2014 criticism by former Defense Secretary Robert Gates that Biden has been wrong on “nearly every” major foreign policy issue. “Now he’s surrounding himself with panda huggers who will only reinforce his instincts to go soft on China,” Cotton wrote on Twitter.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has not hesitated to wield the power of his office since Republicans won Senate control in 2014. He blocked dozens of nominations from Democratic then-President Barack Obama and pushed through even some Trump nominees who faced objections from members of his own party.

“If I’m still the majority leader of the Senate, think of me as the ‘Grim Reaper,’” McConnell said last year.

UPDATE: Rubio confirms Biden gets no cabinet.

Biden’s cabinet picks went to Ivy League schools, have strong resumes, attend all the right conferences & will be polite & orderly caretakers of America’s decline

I support American greatness.

And I have no interest in returning to the “normal” that left us dependent on China.

There won't be any votes on cabinet nominees until after the Georgia election. Biden can't formally nominate anyone until January 20 and the election is before that.

Besides, a new poll says 56% of Americans want Republicans in control of the Senate (https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/527 ... enate-poll) . Based on how accurate polling is recently, that means 82% of Americans want the GOP running the Senate.

We knocked the Democrats to a single-digit lead in the House, increased our control of state legislatures, have an unbreakable majority on the SCOTUS, increased our inroads with Hispanics, etc. etc. We are on a 20 year path to remaking the United States, not a four year one. Eventually this thing will hatch and then you will be living in an inescapable nightmare we designed.

sorry saxi, not a fan of your description. but that description surely has a good shot in 3 years for republican primaries. Don't get overwhelmed by those fuzzy butterflies running along your tummy though... there's plenty of waiting till anything has a chance of happening.

Besides, a new poll says 56% of Americans want Republicans in control of the Senate (https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/527 ... enate-poll) . Based on how accurate polling is recently, that means 82% of Americans want the GOP running the Senate.

Funny

Of course you’re smart enough to realize that what ‘the American People’ want has no bearing on how the people of Georgia vote.

A few months ago I’d have given up on Georgia electing Democrats to the Senate. Nowadays I’m sure we can find enough dead people turn out the vote to deliver two new Democrat Senators to DC.
