Surely you are not suggesting that someone from Austria must necessarily exhibit certain traits? Why, it's almost as if you're suggesting that "Austria" is more than just a place on a map, and that you can be Austrian to various degrees.

it must just be a coincidence that someone from Hitler's home country can reference the Nazi Playbook like that.

(1) Nationality is not race...
(2)Anyone who lives somewhere has that nationality...
(3)Nations have certain traits (you can become "more Canadian", Austrians learn the Nazi play-book by heart)...

So, following your logic, if the Dalai Lama moved to Austria, he'd automatically become a Nazi?

while I am glad you payed attention when i educated you on the difference between what is a Race and what is a Nationality.. & it seems you actually learned something.

pmac was making references that certain ideals he perceived to be occurring were directly from the Nazi playbook.
the Nazi's were from Austria.. hitler was born in Austria... pmac lives in Austria..

so since pmac is precisely referencing ideals from a book that was written in his country.. apparently he knows all about it. and since he can reference it on a dime like that. 'I bet he can recite it by heart'.. since he is so fluent in it's teachings...

I never referenced Austria as a country being anything, nor that anyone who becomes a Austrian citizen will automatically become anything. .

and 'my logic'..?--> #1 & #2 on your list are globally known things.. anyone who doesn't understand the concept of Nationality being different then a Race is just f-ing stupid. they teach that in 3rd grade..

and no.. 'nations' do not have traits. .they are a land mass…
