Which ā€˜minorities’ are you talking about here?
US? UK? Globally?

In the US not all. ā€˜minorities’ fall on the same side of the political spectrum.
Many Asians are conservative leaning.... age is a bigger factor.
Cubans in Florida were on-board full throttle with Republicans till recently.
Latino’s in general are more religious than Anglos in the US and would flock to the Republican Party if the Republicans could jettison the racism.

Interesting how you try to lump all ā€˜minorities’ into a singular world-view.

You could find articles from any country ( not that I read any that you posted) saying exactly the same thing.

So we had terrorism from the IRA during the 70s. Well there were answers to that problem, and by the 90s it was virtually non existent. The left have imported a perpetual terrorist problem.

So you say ā€œeverything was great in the UK 50 years ago.ā€

So you’re agreeing you initial statement was wrong?

Britain has rarely been a ā€œcohesiveā€ unit.
When attacked by external foes or in times of crisis(like in WW2 or maybe against Spain) they rally together like most people.
When not attacked by outside forces the British people seem intent on defining the differences between themselves.
Politically that place is a mess and always has been.
(It’s just sometimes a little more polite and rules-based than other places.)

Now, wether we come out on the other side with a ā€˜good gov’t’ or a ā€˜bad gov’t’... IDK.
It’s also very subjective.

That argument is moot.

I will say one ā€˜tool’ gov’ts use to help control their people is ā€˜fear of outside threats’ from. other gov’ts/people.
If there are no ā€œOtherā€ gov’ts/people to ā€˜scare’ us then that is one less ā€˜tool’ a gov’t can use for propaganda.
(I’m sure they can invent others... I’m just saying one obvious one is off the table.)

I’m not naive to the fact that gov’ts (of all sizes) are possible incubators for corruption.
That is true today and will likely continue to be true for as far as I care to speculate.

I don’t think the size of the gov’t has anything to do with it. There has been corruption/tyranny in the USA in small isolated towns, in whole States, and at the Federal level. There have been times where the largess Federal gov’t has stepped in to eliminate or reprimand some smaller jurisdiction; and there have been times where smaller jurisdictions have stood up against bad laws or corrupts the Federal level. Having some division of power is helpful, but ultimately the people must be intelligent, interested, and care.

Well, that's what the PR would have you believe. There was nothing polite or rules-based about the UK government's brutal repression of the Catholics, Irish, communists, women etc. right up until the 20th century.

So we agree that the vast majority of minorities are left wing who would gladly usher in a nanny state, controlling every aspect of life. Glad we got that sorted.

Now, you are getting yourself mixed up with a cohesive community and a community living through tough times. Just because there was a lack of employment that doesn't mean for one moment that the people were unhappy with the people living around them.

Please give me just one example of black immigration into a white country that has strengthened said community.

You are very naive, you take everything at face value without looking at the repercussions of the actions and laws passed by the left. You call me a conspiracy theorist because I look at everything objectively and understand the repercussions of certain laws, further down the line. You see feminism as empowering women, I view it as a break down of the family unit. You see a one world govt as utopia, I see it as a dictatorship.

So you think a country can do what it wants, without other countries intervening? Two world wars later......

Are you saying that both situations are repression/signs of a divided society, or are you saying that the UK in the 1900s was cohesive despite the unrest at the time and so is China (incl Hong Kong) today?

Do not use Glasgow to represent the entire UK, now that would be just stupid. It's just one city and these problems were down to immigration.

Maybe if we didn’t enslave their people for several centuries and then oppress them for another the results would be different.

Yeah um... not.

You see it only one way.

I see feminism as change with both good and bad sides. I see a possible one-world gov’t as having both good and bad aspects.

You have this glossy view of history as unvarnished utopia... it wasn’t. Sorry.

So I'm racist because I ask you to give me a single example of black and white living in harmony? And you excuse any animosity that the black community has towards whites because almost 200 years ago blacks were slaves. Do you feel guilty?

How the hell am I confusing the spirit within a community with violent uprising? You're getting desperate and just picking random words out of a hat, it seems now.

The Versailles treaty broke up large parts of Germany and put some German people into different countries, where their treatment was bad. The French occupation of parts of Germany was akin to an invasion. The French soldiers treat the German people horrendously, whilst sucking the resources of Germany. Hitler reunited the parts of Germany that were taken away by the treaty. Would he have went further had Britain not declared war? We don't know, but every story has two sides.

The removal of the Colston statue because of his links to slavery was unoffically replaced with a statue of Jen Reid holding a black power pose. Thank goodness that Bristol city council have now taken it down.

I wouldn't complain if it was replaced with a statue of a person of colour at all, but this type of statue sends out the wrong message and causes even more division.

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-bristol-53427014

It'll probably be replaced with a statue of a middle class 38 year old white woman with blue hair, grasping her degree in gender studies in one hand and a mobile phone in the other.

Or possibly a statue of our very own Shimmy. A mixed race guy who doesn't know if he's a he or she. That really would be all encompassing.

It goes from racism to outright support for the Nazi regime.

Germany was treated poorly by the Treaty of Versailles... but Poland wasn’t part of pre-WW1, and the German Jews fought FOR Germany in WW1.

Please stop defending Hitler.

You’re not a racist because you ask a question... you’re a racist because you’re a racist.

Explain Tulsa/Black Wall Street?

I don’t anyone for doing something wrong, but I do understand Black animosity because of the way they have been treated by this country and ā€˜white Americans. Yes slavery ended over 150 years ago... but oppression of black Americans continued and even today ā€œnearly 200 years after slavery endedā€ there is still systemic bias that makes it much harder for African Americans to experience the ā€œAmerican Dreamā€.

Get a clue.

Please explain where I have stated support for the nazi's. Remember when you said government lies about history? And there was a massive part of pre Versailles treaty Germany that was reallocated to Poland.

The only thing I know about black wall street was a film I watched recently about 2 black guys that used a white guy to buy banks, due to the discrimination the blacks would have faced trying to buy the banks. It was a good film, how much of it was true, i don't know. The black guys served their community well but were ultimately betrayed by the white guy. Can't remember the name of the film. At least it wasn't out and out racist like queen and slim.

Says the guy that banned me for making a thread detailing 3 asylum seekers attacking a lady in her 70s and spitting in her face, saying I hope you catch Corona virus. Without a single derogatory word of race. Then he declares that he is an asylum seeker, and that's why he felt so strongly about it.

So I can't love my heritage, culture and people but you can shut down debate because you have something in common with 3 truly despicable characters. Anyone spot the irony dripping from this buffoon?

I have never ever felt as repressed by police by moving a little finger as I have experienced in the youess. JD's statement is truely hilarious and i bet he never crossed the youess border. These people are fascinating. "It's a free country!!!!". Maybe everybody has his own definition of freedom.

I think the ram has established his racist credentials pretty solidly. Jim has nothing to do with it.

Go on dumbo, just quote a single racist post from me, tick tock......

Lol, the problem with you isn't even racism at this point. You are the daily mail/ news of the world material. Nobody in their right mind wants to read from that kind of person, any ban is highly justified
