I had higher hopes for you.

My wife said the same thing to me last night.

Its true, Europe probably would be one giant unhappy nation today if it were not for America in WW2. It is all speculation, my rhetoric is designed to point out the benefits of having the largest military force in the world in Europe's corner, not claim that it is true. Who knows what would have happened if America had not sent 40,000 men to die on the French coast in one weekend.

My point is that America is the like the rich kid that everybody picks on. Everyone loves to make fun of the rich kid until they want a ride in his car, or come over to his house. Europe always wants the American military on their side even though they rip on America day in and day out. Just another example of European hypocracy at work.

Why are Americans so loud and arrogant? Why are the ones shouting that we would be speaking German if not for them when it was a World War! It wasn't just America America was only one of the countries! Many other countries were involved and gave up far much more and yet they don't brag about it like Americans do
