Am I the only one who thinks fitting fifty years of rich history into a one hour playlist is the most futile attempt at defining something since we tried to figure out what sport football actually is (soccer or american football)?

So it begins.

Personally, I'd tell you what I think, but it would just be my ten favorite songs and nobody would agree with me.

Who cares who agrees with you? Not like you should care about what others think you like about music, specifically online.

Hand of blood is amazing, as is boy brushed red... it's hard to pick an A7X song, but I think there are better expressions of Syn's talents than Unholy Confessions. Thunderstruck by AC/DC is officially the best drinking song ever. If you don't know it, the rule is to drink every time you hear thunder. Try it for vodka or tequila for an amazing night. I would also put No More Tears ahead of Iron Man, but that's probably just a matter of taste.

Since I agree with everyone's top ten's so far, I'm going throw a couple of lesser known songs that would be hard to leave out of my top ten.

Glass Half Empty by Nodes of Ranvier

One of my favorite songs ever. These guys rock. Hard. I recommend everything on their last album, and at the very least the instrumentals on the previous two, though there are some gems on those too.

My Best Wishes by I Killed the Prom Queen

Musically, these guys are mediocre at best. But something about this song makes me really happy. I can't get enough of it.

EDIT: Shit, I shouldn't say this... but I think Stairway to Heaven is overrated. ::ducks::

I have not. Is there a drinking game associated with it that might nearly kill me if I play it? Because that's the important thing... :D

And as far as I know, a game is still up for grabs on the song.

I just legally acquired the song... 8-[

I don't think it's as fun as Thunder, so I'll stick to that one. :D

Okay, but if you have the Back in Black album, it will have that song on there (#8 I believe).

pink floyd does not have a song titled 'The Wall'

you're probably thinking of 'Another Brick in the Wall-part 2' which is a track on their album 'The Wall'

Overplayed doesnt always equal good... by those standards we'd have to call "hey there delilah" a good song
