taking a break from cc

i dont know for how long but im gouing to take a break from cc for a bit. prolly be bak between two weeks from now and christmas. this is because i had an arguement with someone in livechat and i said some stupid things i regret cos i was out of it and i think this is best. i have been an ass lately and need to sort out my head...saturday is my last day.

Everyone is human... Everyone makes mistakes...

A real adult can apologize for them and deal with them.

A real adult also will accept an apology from another, knowing that no one is perfect.

Leaving because you offended somebody is really showing weakness that shouldn't exist.

Even if half of the site is pissed at you, that still leaves thousands upon thousands of people who aren't.

And, just stay out of live chat. I do... I would never go into live chat for that exact reason.

In many: Dude, I'm trying to help you here. While my style may not be tender and loving like some of the other people around here, I have only your best interests at heart. Who cares if you upset somebody? Maybe they do, but you most certainly shouldn't. They're just a person on the internet, they have all of zero significance to the continuance of your life; don't let yourself think that they're actually your friend, or that you actually share a genuine connection with them. You just don't.
Put it another way. If you don't like them then why care if you upset them? If you do, then just apologise and move the f*ck on. They'll either take it or leave it. But you sure as hell shouldn't give a damn about it. If you're going to get upset about things so insignificant as minor hiccups in relationships that you form with transient strangers over live-chat interfaces then you'll be a gibbering wreck by the time you're 20.

Apologise or don't apologise, but don't for the love of all things sacred and holy go beating yourself up over it. That's just crazy. This is not a serious business, and you really ought to just lighten up and quit caring about it so much. You're a good guy at heart Sam, but on this occassion, you're taking minor insignificant crap ridiculously seriously.

Just tell them to accept your apology or to get fucked.
