Greatest Rock Song in History - true thread

Postby Army of GOD on Fri Dec 04, 2015 4:18 pm

Rules are simple. Everyone gets to nominate ONE SONG AND ONE SONG ONLY. The first 10 songs that are nominated, get seconded and then get thirded will be put up to a vote. The highest % of votes takes the title of greatest rock song in history.

I will be the judge of if something is a rock song or not.

To nominate, please say "I nominate [song]" and post the Youtube video related to the song

To second a song, please say "I second [song]"

To third a song, please say "I third a [song]"

Everyone gets one nomination, one second and one third, so please use them wisely.

Nominated:
Bohemian Rhapsody - Army of GOD
Sweet Emotion - jimboston

Seconded:

Thirded:

Thank you for your entry.

Unfortunately, I do not think Sweet Emotion is Aerosmith's best song, never mind the GRSiH.

Unfortunately for you, since it is definitely a Rock Song and therefore qualifies, it's not up to you to decide.

Per your rules. You can only decide if it's a Rock Song or not... you have no further power.

AOG makes the call if this is a "Rock Song" or not...
just a guess, but I'm thinking it doesn't qualify.

First of all, it is up to me to decide

Second of all, I never said it wasn't a rock song. I just don't think it's the GRSiH

I declare that AoG is unqualified to judge what is a ROCK and what is NOT. Clearly Sweet Emotion by Aerosmith is a ROCK song.
