I've never seen it saxi and I don't know if one viewing out of context would give me an accurate representation?

Yeah but the dancing in the second one is pretty cool. I would imagine it would mostly depend on your mood right? Major Key vs. Minor Key?

Is no name Canadian for generic?
I don't own any pajamas, do you think that would be a problem?

Sure http://www.brandchannel.com/features_pr ... ?pr_id=433 but it's not the only brand at those parties.

E typically gets whatever brand is on sale for the lowest price, unless it's April 12th. Then it's Royal Cola.

That movie was made 42 years ago, apparently. Has Angela Lansbury always looked 1,000 years old?

Angela Lansbury, age 7 -

Seems legit. Anyone who votes the other option is now trolling.

Do you think it was one of the better WWII films made?

I thought Bridge on the River Kwai was good, but Bedknobs & Broomsticks may have just edged it.

For the sake of culture and Canadian market research this thread must live on!
Who's going to match me post for post till this one tops the charts at 100+ pages? Let's once and for all separate the men from the boys.

Ever since this poll became inactive I've been literally stunned at how Substitutiary Locomotion blew Portobello Road so completely out of the water. The somber and soul-searching lyrics combined with ethnically charged melodies in the Minor scale surely makes Portobello Road a more than worthy contender yet it receives a paltry 1 vote. Yes, Substitutiary Locomotion has the ability to cause any toddler perched in his high chair to clap his chubby little arms but then, so do The Wiggles. Portobello Road has the power to mercilessly and unrelentingly tugs at one's heartstrings to the point of near weeping.

Now let's try this again, shall we?

Here remains the thread of saxitoxin. Dearly beloved thread, oh how dearly we have loved thee. When FT snatched away your life and remorselessly strangled you to death.... we... couldn't save you in time. For that, we apologize, but we shall never forget.

Alas, it seems that FT wasn't content with just one heinous act against this innocent thread and has now resorted to digging it up out of its grave and viciously thrashing its dead corpse.
It's as if he's trying to beat the poor remains with such vigor that they may momentarily mimic the motions of what was once alive.

Can no one stop this sadist?

Ok, better. Two more votes for Portobello Road.
For those of you who are still deliberating, might I suggest you revisit seconds 1:58-2:08 in the Portobello Road clip. I believe that this poignant moment could very well tip your scale.

I voted without knowing anything about this topic or why it is now active. I did vote for Portobello Road though.

You are welcome.

Didn't you start a thread where you agreed that voluntary necrophilia was acceptable?

It looks like the thread has agreed to another bout with FT---and another shortly after your post.

I've got no qualms with voluntary necrophilia, do you take me as some sort of fascist?
Anyhow, we are talking ART here so back on subject please.
