OK, the contest has begun to see who is the most annoying Christian here at CC. The final candidates will be CrazyAnglican, Luns101, Jay_a2j, and myself - The Beezer!

We will all make our arguments as to why you should find each one of us the most annoying Christian here at CC. Please refrain from voting until each one of us has made our case. The order of arguments will be as follows:

Alright, although I'm the candidate that has been here the least amount of time, I can proudly say that I have annoyed more people in that short time frame than my opponents.

You should not vote for Jay because:

He lives in New York and is a proud Christian. Despite NY being full of pagans, he boldly professes his faith. He is a corrections officer, which takes character and courage. He routinely annoys "Backglass" but rarely seeks out to annoy any other atheist here on the site. He also takes the time to back his posts up with scripture instead of believing with a blind faith. ARE THESE THE ACTIONS OF A TRUE ANNOYING CHRISTIAN? I submit they are not worthy of the title. Jay seeks to help people, which is contrary to our true belief that we should dominate the world and force conversions on others.

You should not vote for Luns101 because:

Look at his positive feedback! He has over 150 positives with no negatives. He is a Chicago Cubs fan, which everyone seems to sympathize with since they never win the World Series. Everytime he gets into a heated argument with atheists or evolutionists he attempts to be conciliatory by offering one of them a beer. He also goes on church "building projects" in Mexico, proving that he is a nice guy and NOT truly annoying.

You should not vote for CrazyAnglican because:

He attempts to make reasonable arguments instead of using blind faith to back up his opinions. CA is the author of the FISH CLUB forum which only seeks to build up and encourage other Christians instead of viciously attacking communists, atheists, and agnostics here. He also has opened up in his personal life to let us all know that he met his wife by being thrown around in a karate class....that is not annoying, that's adorable (and every female CC player knows this to be true!) CA is hardly worthy of the title of "most annoying Christian" since he has set down rules of civility for debating those he disagrees with and never swears during the argument. You should not vote for him.

You should vote for Beezer because:

I have not been posting for very long here on the CC forums. But in the short amount of time that I have been here I have taken on atheists and communists/marxists. I have used insults instead of logic to back up some of my opinions. Once, in the "Casino Teachings" thread, I made a post without really reading the previous opinions, which Backglass caught immediately. If that is not ignorance I don't know what I have to do to get through to you people!

I have offended scores of people who have privately pm'd me here. Instead of backing up my claims with citations (which are really unecessary for my religious fanaticism), I have chosen to simply "believe". I will say this to all the atheists out there on CC: DON'T CONFUSE ME WITH THE FACTS BECAUSE MY MIND IS ALREADY MADE UP!

In summary:

Despite the fact that I'm the "new kid on the block", I have made the most of my time here. The other candidates against me cannot make this claim. They have tried to be cordial in their dealings here with other pagans. Look at their positive feedback and then look at mine!...they have way more nice things said about them than me. That should speak volumes to you. I live in Texas which is full of Christians. It takes no courage to be a Christian here when almost everyone else believes the same.

There is only one true choice for "Most Annoying Christian" and that choice should be....BEEZER!

This really isn't even a contest...I should stand head and shoulders above the other 3 Christians mentioned here.

The case for voting for me:

It has been said that you can be defined by your opponents. If that is the case, then I win hands down. Just take a moment to see who has been annoyed by my opinions:

4. Atheists & Agnostics
5. Indians (both kinds)
6. Buckeyes (people from Ohio for those of you who live outside the US)

Let's look at why Beezer does not deserve this title:

I don't know who this guy thinks he is! He offends only a couple of atheists & communists and think that makes you so cool? Look buddy, I was one of the first to go into their threads and challenge their beliefs. Have you ever been called a "racist" or "muppet"...I think not. The worst you've been called here is a "twat". And this whole bit about the Chicago Cubs is weak. I have complained about Bartman messing them up in 2003 in one thread and don't think it's the end of that. I will continue to whine and complain about it in other threads as well just to annoy people.

Canadians - You don't deserve to have British Columbia. I still offer you Wisconsin in exchange for BC. Wise up and accept the deal.

Bush Bashers - Not only did I vote for George W. Bush twice, but I am also ex-military. That means I played an active role in the imperialistic oppression of other countries. Na na na na na na.

The obvious choice for "most annoying Christian" is Crazy Anglican! I mean really let's look at his record. This guy can seem to be bothered with such irrelevant details as say oh "THE EXISTENCE OF A SUPREME BEING", "THE ASSERTION THAT HIS FAITH IS THE ONLY CORRECT ONE", and oh yeah "quoting Scripture".
Nooooo! He has to watch each and every post carefully picking out some detail the relevance of which he and only he seems to understand. Then he pounces with the vehemence of a rabid librarian! MAKE SURE YOU"VE CROSSED YOUR T's HERE COMES ANGLICAN, uh boy. I mean really he's like a cross between a mosquito and the worst English teacher you've ever had!
