...how fat the african ladies are, who are cradling the little emaciated, flee infested kids?

Should africans be allowed to breed, on evidence of this general irresponsibility, and lack of parenting skills?

To answer your question with a question: So what if you were born in Chad? Or Somalia? Or Eritrea?

You know what we all should do?

Make China and Japan give millions to Africa. Heck, they can afford it, after all China is making billions of Americans by selling plastic Animal toys, but they still didnt discover condoms. This solution, is pretty much perfect, for people outside of Asia.
