I have heard the phrase 'Broken Arrow' in several pieces of music recently, online definitions of the phrase include:

1. A city of northeast Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa. Population: 83,000.

2. military jargon for an accident involving nuclear weapons.

3. Slang for a poo that breaks into two pieces in your rectum.

However none of these definitions seems to quite fit the context in which I found the phrase originally. Does anybody know of any others?
