I've seen this before. If I recall correctly, it's part of a National Lampoon DVD called something to the effect of 'Reality shows that couldn't make TV'. There was some other pretty absurd stuff on there as well. One was a blind dating show where they got the contestants all boozed up before they hooked them up with a fugly. I think there was a cooking competition in which the chefs could only use stuff they found in the garbage etc....

Shockingly enough it's real. I can't believe some of the stuff that guy gets away with...of course he's not really a racist, but the rest is real.

He's not really a racist? How do you make a show like that, and say that you are not a racist? Just because he's Jewish makes him impervious to being called a racist?
