Animated Avvys

How do u put them in ur avvy? Can u guys help me!

Upload it to photobucket and then resize it so that it's at the most 100x100 pixels. Avatar size.

ahhh...It was the resizing that i was struggling with!

Does anyone know where I can get a program to make these animated avatars?
I'm back after an all too long hiatus.

Flash, photoshop CS3, Adobe ImageReady, just google "free gif maker".
